Message from the Chairman
Dear Fellow Republicans:
Welcome to the website of the Republican Party of Hendry County! The Hendry County Republican Executive Committee is the governing body of the Republican Party in Hendry County and is composed of precinct committeewomen and men from each of the 25 precincts in the county. Our precinct committee people are the backbone of our party and we encourage you to seek to be the precinct person in your precinct.
The number of registered Republicans continue to increase with each election as the electorate reach out for the philosophy of smaller government, less taxes, peace through strength, education with conservative values, personal responsibility in the areas of health and family care.
The grass roots efforts of the Republican Party has resulted in Republicans leading the State from the Governor's Mansion, the Cabinet, the State Senate, the House of Representatives, and locally in Hendry County. But, the time is now to gear up for the next campaign ~ “past election efforts do not win future elections!”
With funds from a matching grant issued by the Republican Party of Florida, our Lincoln Day Dinner fundraiser, and civic donations, we are planning an aggressive program in 2008 for the election of State and local candidates. Money is an important aspect of any campaign, but our grass roots effort at the precinct level is what really turns out the vote. We need volunteers to make the phone calls, knock on doors, put up signs, stuff envelopes, manage our offices, and the list goes on.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We will build on our past successes and continue to bring Republican victories to Hendry County. Your suggestions are always welcome and permit us to reach more voters in new ways.
Please check our website often and learn more about the activities of your local Republican Party. On our site you will find a host of helpful information, including an outline of our vision and mission for the County party, an election calendar, and links to keep you plugged into the latest news.
With a strong volunteer base we will work hard and bring victory to our Republican candidates. It begins with each of us donating a little of our time and spreading the Republican message. Will you help us achieve a Republican Victory in 2008?

About The Executive Committee of Hendry County
The Executive Committee is the governing body of the Hendry County Republican Party. Members (Republican precinct committeemen and women) of the Executive Committee represent the registered Republicans who live in their precincts (there are nearly 25 precincts in Hendry County). The number of Republican precinct committeemen and women is limited to two per precinct, however, there can be several alternates for each precinct.
The Executive Committee is the component of the Hendry County Republican Party that elects the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer of the local Party. Members of the Executive Committee also approve the local Party’s constitution, rules, policies & procedures, and budget. The Executive Committee also plays an important role in the grassroots effort of the Party and the overall team effort to get Republicans elected in Hendry County.
