About The Executive Committee of Hendry County
The Executive Committee is the governing body of the Hendry County Republican Party. Members (Republican precinct committeemen and women) of the Executive Committee represent the registered Republicans who live in their precincts (there are nearly 25 precincts in Hendry County). The number of Republican precinct committeemen and women is limited to two per precinct, however, there can be several alternates for each precinct.
The Executive Committee is the component of the Hendry County Republican Party that elects the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer of the local Party. Members of the Executive Committee also approve the local Party’s constitution, rules, policies & procedures, and budget. The Executive Committee also plays an important role in the grassroots effort of the Party and the overall team effort to get Republicans elected in Hendry County.
